Produced from Malvasia Nera grapes grown on our estate, this wine is obtained through 15 days of skin contact maceration at controlled temperatures. It matures in stainless steel for 4 months and then in the bottle. Intense ruby red in color, it has a complex aroma reminiscent of red fruits, such as pomegranate and raspberry. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with a pleasantly soft attack and long persistence. It pairs well with pasta dishes with meat sauce and meat stews.
